Bertindak sebagai Auditor adalah Ibu Dr. Melyana N. Widyawati, S.SiT, M.Kes; Ibu Heny Rosiana, S.ST, M.Keb, dan Bapak Budi Widiyanto, MN. Sedangkan Supervisor Auditor adalah Wakil Direktur I Bapak Dr. Edy Susanto, SH, S.Si, M.Kes.
