Dimana keberhasilan pelaksanaannya memerlukan kepemimpinan yang berakhlak, berwawasan, mampu menerjemahkan wawasan kedalam program kerja, serta dapat menjalin kerjasama dengan segenap komponen organisasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sedangkan organisasi adalah wadah kegiatan orang-orang dalam usaha mencapai tujuan. Maju atau mundurnya suatu organisasi tergantung pada kinerja kepengurusan dan kualitas kepemimpinan dari para organisator.
