Untuk mencapai hal tersebut perlu dilakukan penjaminan mutu institusi mulai sistem penjaringan calon peserta didik, kurikulum, tenaga pengajar yang tersertifikasi, proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas, saranaprasarana penunjang yang memadai dan sistem manajemen pendidikan. Pemilihan calon mahasiswa dilaksanakan melalui ketentuan persyaratan dan rangkaian seleksi yang harus dipenuhi oleh calon mahasiswa. Kegiatan seleksi dilakukan bukan hanya untuk mengukur kemampuan tetapi lebih dititikberatkan pada penjaringan calon peserta didik dengan kemampuan akademik yang terbaik.
