Tim ini bertugas menyiapkan dokumen standar 1 hingga 7, termasuk kelengkapan dan bukti pendukungnya. Ditargetkan, 1 dari 3 prodi di JTRR ada yang meraih akreditasi A. Irwan Katili, S.Pd, M.Kes dan Bapak Bagus Abimanyu, S.Si, M.Pd pada hari Kamis, 17 Nopember 2016 bertindak selaku auditor dalam self assessment Prodi DIII TRR Semarang dan DIV Teknik Radiologi. Kegiatan dimaksudkan untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan JTRR dalam menghadapi visitasi AIPT. Para kaprodi, staf prodi dan para kasub unit terlibat dalam kegiatan ini.
