{"id":1081,"date":"2016-10-21T13:48:26","date_gmt":"2016-10-21T06:48:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jtrr.poltekkes-smg.ac.id\/?p=1081"},"modified":"2020-03-26T04:16:03","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T21:16:03","slug":"workshop-peningkatan-kompetensi-instruktur-klinik-dan-review-buku-pkl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jtrr.poltekkes-smg.ac.id\/index.php\/workshop-peningkatan-kompetensi-instruktur-klinik-dan-review-buku-pkl\/","title":{"rendered":"WORKSHOP PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI INSTRUKTUR KLINIK DAN REVIEW BUKU PKL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan penguasaan teknologi imejing yang terus berkembang, diperlukan sumber daya radiografer yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan modalitas diagnostik yang terkini.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk dapat mencapainya, Institusi pendidikan harus membekali peserta didik dengan ilmu serta kemampuan yang dapat mempersempit atau meniadakan kesenjangan antara teori dan kenyataan dilapangan. Salah satu upaya melengkapi kemampuan ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan praktek klinik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melalui kemitraan yang terbentuk antara Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi\u00a0 dengan institusi tempat praktek klinik, berkembang dialog dengan pendekatan akademik dan operasional pada pelayanan radiologi diagnostik. Proses dialog itu akan melahirkan pemahaman yang lebih utuh dan pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang lebih relevan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beberapa perubahan dalam struktur pembelajaran menuntut Jurusan TRR untuk menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan ketentuan KKNI maupun SNPT, termasuk pembelajaran praktek yang harus menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum pendidikan tahun 2015. Untuk menyesuaikan dengan berbagai perubahan tersebut Jurusan TRR mengadakan workshop Peningkatan Kompetensi Instruktur dan review buku panduan PKL DIII Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi &amp; DIV Teknik Radiologi Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang pada hari Rabu, 19 Oktober 2016, di Gedung Direktorat Lantai 4 Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acara dibuka oleh Direktur Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Semarang yang diwakili oleh Pembantu Direktur III (Bidang Kemahasiswaan) Bp. Marsum,BE.,S.Pd.,MHP kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi \u201cMeningkatkan Kompetensi\u00a0 Instruktur dalam penyelenggaraan Bimbingan Praktek bagi pada kegiatan PKL mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi\u201d oleh DR. Untung Sujianto., SKp. Ners. Acara dilanjutkan dengan diskusi yang dibagi 3 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok membahas pedoman PKL 1 &amp; PKL 2 dipandu oleh Kaprodi DIII TRR Semarang, PKL 3 &amp; 4 dipandu oleh Kaprodi DIII TRR Purwokerto dan PKL 5 &amp; PKL 6 dipandu oleh Kaprodi D-IV Teknik Radiologi.
